When I called the person didn't identify witch location I was talking to. I had the number as the excelsior location but in fact it was the shady oak rd location. We are only 4 blocks from excelsior blvd. Seemed like the oil change took a little longer than it should. I appreciate your examination of the car but I had to pay someone to wait and it didn't help the overall cost. |

i was happy with the quick service but not with the job completion of the service. first the tech did not reset my oil mileage monitor i knew how so i reset it. oil change comes with grease none was done. this is the first time i have used your service i hope this isn't the way it will be in the future. |

Wish I could say I felt better about my repair. Overall, things appear to be ok, but I requested a copy of my alignment report and was told the tech didn't print one. When a customer requests something, you should provide them with what they are looking for. The worse part is, if I had driven a little bit, I could have gotten one done for about 1/2 price. |

I asked you to check out a slow week in right front tire. The bill said you did and charge $25.00 but it went down to 24lbs again and I still have to fill it up. Other tires do not do this so its not the weather. Now will need to rent a car again and see if someone can figure it our |

It was our first visit to Youngstedts, and we are very pleased with the customer service. We will return to them for future vehicle service needs. |

Very poor. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was told that service was done that was not even asked for. I was also told my tires needed replacement, when in fact I just purchased new ones. I have a sense that they made mistakes with regard to which car in the shop was receiving the requested service. I will not be back. |

Not a good experience. I have a very low mileage, and well taken care of 2005 Avalon. I went in for a yearly Mobil One oil change and left being told a need a $1100 complete rack & pinion assembly replacement and alignment due to power steering fluid leaking onto boot. Leaving without having this issue fixed, I took it to a friend who changes my brakes for a 2nd opinion. He said it was not a leakage but a very slow seepage from a rack and pinion gasket that caused fluid on the boot to slowly accumulate over a year's time since the last time the car was serviced. My friend said this costly repair was not needed and I would only need to top off my power steering fluid once a year or so. This Youngsteadts was not busy that day (told "wide open today" to do repairs) and I felt I was being taken for unnecessary costly repairs. My prior experiences at this location were very good, so this recent bad experience was a surprise and very disappointing. |
