| I came in close to closing time (sorry) but the techs were willing to handle my punctured tire, and get me on the road again very quickly even they had to stay a few minutes late. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the courtesy, and will count on Youngstedts in the future for auto care. |

| I brought our CX-9 in to have the summer wheels and tires installed that were in storage. When the job was done it was clear that the wheels were not wiped clean of the salt on them from last fall when they were put in storage. This was the first time I had stored wheels for the season and Joe had assured me the technicians would wipe them down before storing - Very disappointing. Also the service writer (not Joe on this day) was not pleasant. |

| I brought my summer wheels and tires in to be swapped out with the Winter tires/wheels on my VW. The technician used the bolts from the winter wheels and installed on the summer wheels. The bag of bolts for the summer wheels were in the trunk with the wheels. I got home and saw the oversight and returned to the shop to have it corrected. |

| I came in without an appointment and was taken right in for an oil change. I was also informed of a transmission leak I was not aware of previously. |

| Wait was a bit longer than I expected for an oil change. Especially with an appointment. Not a quick lube for sure. That said, they were great at explaining the condition of the car and I left feeling comfortable with coming again, |

| It seemed kind of expensive at $470. Upper arm/ball joint $75 at o'rielly. $100 for align and rotate tires no rebalance. So that leaves $295 for ball joint replacement labor which should have been about $95 for an hour. So what is the extra $200 on my bill for?. |
